Lenny mutation: total immortality with increased healing speed. Lenny only recently found out that he's a mutant, and it's a lot to take in. He's a nice guy but can come across as ignorant on some topics, having grown up relatively sheltered. his best friend is Louis. His roommate at Xavier's school is Kitty. He and Louis are both getting their university-level education at the school, though Lenny is noticably dumber than his friend.

Louis mutation: emotion manipulation, a form of telepathy. only other telepaths can notice he's doing it. Louis and Lenny grew up together and bonded over both being bullied, though Louis eventually had his 'glow up' during high school when he got laser eye surgery and no longer had to wear glasses. He's known about his mutation all his life and uses it freely to get things he wants. He has used it to shoplift before. He swears he doesn't use it on his friends. Louis is also incredibly proficient at math.

Kitty mutation: Kitty can phase through any wall, object or person. having been abandoned by her parents at a young age, Kitty was basically raised by Professor Xavier and the other teachers at the school. Despite a near-comically traumatising childhood she seems to be doing just fine. She makes friends easily and is obsessed with mutant history, often spouting facts to anyone who will listen. Lenny's roommate and best friend of Rogue and Kurt.

Rogue mutation: she temporarily gains the power of anyone she touches, and drains their life energy. If she touches someone for just a second too long, they can die. Rogue is a sort of cool rocker chick type who doesn't mind causing a bit of mayhem as long as it doesn't actually hurt anyone. She's best friends with Kurt (they affectionately describe it as 'making eachother worse') and Kitty, the only person she can touch due to Kitty's mutation allowing her to phase through anything. She'd really just like to be a normal woman with a normal life and normal relationship, but her mutation doesn't even allow her to kiss her boyfriend, Bobby.

Kurt mutation: short-distance teleportation, sticking to walls and ceilings, blue skin, pointy ears, a tail. He only has three fingers per hand and three toes per foot. originally from Germany, Kurt grew up in a circus and is now finishing his college diploma in New York. He's best friends with Rogue and Kitty. He likes pranking people and jumpscaring them and just generally being a bit of a menace. He's actually a pretty good singer, too. He's just kind of a chill guy who doesn't worry about things too much.

Logan mutation: regeneration, increased strength, claws of bone protruding from his knuckles, slowed aging, enhanced sense of smell at about 200 years old, Logan or Wolverine is the oldest of the bunch. A history teacher at Xavier's school, Logan is a loner at heart though he does have a few friends. Due to an incident in his youth (which he doesn't remember) he irreperably craves human meat, entirely against his will. He feels a lot of shame surrounding this. He also seems to have bad luck following him around wherever he goes.

Professor Xavier mutation: incredibly powerful telepath. can find out anyone's location just by thinking of them, read minds, beam thoughts into people's heads and make them see things that aren't there, just to name some of this abilities. Professor Charles Xavier is the headmaster of the school Lenny and Louis go to. He's a kind older man and a mutant rights activist, even a bit of a 'bleeding heart' as some would say. He primarily teaches classes to fellow telepaths. His superhero name is Professor X.

Storm mutation: controls the weather, making her one of the most physically powerful mutants currently known. Ororo Munroe or Storm teaches social studies at professor Xavier's school and is also a mutant rights activist. She loves nature and spends most of her free time out in the park or forest, enjoying the peace and quiet. When a piece of nature is destroyed nearby she can sense it.

Victoria mutation: regeneration, increased strength, incredibly strong and sharp nails, slowed aging, enhanced sense of smell Victoria Creed or Sabretooth is Logan's villainous older sister and the only one who remembers their shared childhood, since Logan has amnesia. She doesn't seem to see anything wrong with hurting or killing people, having a short fuse and finding people dying funny. She's allowed on school grounds as long as she doesn't kill any students or X-Men, a promise she has surprisingly kept. For some reason, she demands to be in Logan's life, teases him endlessly, but refuses to tell him his past. They don't get along.
